Enterprise starts from the published monthly price. The final price depends on your requirements: the number of full users and active contracts, migration and onboarding help, and the commercial terms you need.

What counts as an active contract?
An active contract is any contract that is not archived and is in draft, review, approval, awaiting signature, active or expiring. Contract requests that have not become contracts, and expired, terminated or archived contracts, do not count.
Who is a full user?
A full user is anyone whose role lets them see the contract portfolio or manage anything. Limited participants — people with the Contributor role — can submit requests and work on contracts, obligations, tasks and approvals assigned to them without using a full-user seat. Open invitations for full roles count until they are accepted, revoked or expire.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
When the 14-day trial ends, nothing is deleted. Contracts, documents and history stay readable and exportable; adding and changing work resumes as soon as you choose a plan.
Can we cancel?
If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Afterwards the organisation becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and you can resubscribe at any time. To have your data deleted, the owner can ask EmKeTech.
Can we move to a smaller plan?
You can move to a smaller plan when your usage fits it. If you have more active contracts or full users than the smaller plan allows, archive contracts or change roles first. Features the smaller plan does not include are kept and stay readable; you just cannot add to them.
